About the role
- Oversee aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project, or a portion of a IS Delivery Project.
- Managing financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors and delivering a safe, quality outcome the meets or exceeds Company commitments.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals, on-site tool box talks and conducting site walks with the Lead Construction Manager.
- Understand the Project Budget and coordinates the management of the Contract delivery type - Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement.
Requirements
- 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience and 3+ years of experience.
- Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates emerging leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
- Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary.
