About the role
- Champion of project safety and maintain a secure work environment
- Responsible for creation, maintenance, and accurate reporting of the Project Schedule
- Coordinate all site construction activities
- Manage site inspections and ensure compliance
- Attend project update meetings and communicate project health
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and manage closeout of permits
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore), and scheduling software (Primavera)
- Team Player
- Organizational and planning skills
- Detail oriented
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
