About the role
- Manage the EnerSys Operating System (EOS) transformation efforts
- Implement and support actions that bring about improvements to operation and process
- Actions may include safety, quality, delivery, cycle time, and inventory levels
- Develop / Deploy Lean Roadmap / Transformation Plan in allocated areas accordingly with Corporate Lean Roadmap
Requirements
- Proven Lean Background
- Experience-based on sustained continuous improvement results
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office
- Ability to create spreadsheets for analysis and tracking data-based metrics
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and manage complex cross-functional business process projects
- Preferred Lean, Six Sigma or project management qualifications
- Preferred experience in battery manufacturing and Six Sigma and/or lean manufacturing
