Aid in recommending engineering design changes and identifying potential areas of improvement.
Assist with development and maintenance process work instructions.
Collaborate with the development and processing of flow charts.
Collect data to drive continuous process improvement.
Facilitate process control and process improvement activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or manufacturing discipline.
3+ years of engineering experience.
Working knowledge in manufacturing processes and process improvement methodologies.
Interpersonal and team working skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency is required
