About the role
- Support the development, evaluation and improvement of the manufacturing and the assembly process; also optimize methods to obtain maximum productivity levels.
- Aid in recommending engineering design changes and identifying potential areas of improvement.
- Assist with development and maintenance process work instructions.
- Collaborate with the development and processing of flow charts.
- Collect data to drive continuous process improvement.
- Facilitate process control and process improvement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or manufacturing discipline.
- 3+ years of engineering experience.
- Working knowledge in manufacturing processes and process improvement methodologies.
- Interpersonal and team working skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required
