About the role

  • Support the development, evaluation and improvement of the manufacturing and the assembly process; also optimize methods to obtain maximum productivity levels.
  • Aid in recommending engineering design changes and identifying potential areas of improvement.
  • Assist with development and maintenance process work instructions.
  • Collaborate with the development and processing of flow charts.
  • Collect data to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Facilitate process control and process improvement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or manufacturing discipline.
  • 3+ years of engineering experience.
  • Working knowledge in manufacturing processes and process improvement methodologies.
  • Interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is required
