About the role
- Sell EnerStar Solutions products and integration of services to existing and prospective accounts
- Drive business development efforts and maintain existing customer base
- Represent EnerStar Solutions in presentations and briefings
- Assist in preparing proposals and position EnerStar Solutions strongly
- Meet or exceed sales targets and forecast accurately
- Prioritize safety and comply with safety protocols
- Create market awareness through prospecting and networking
- Develop strategic account growth plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of Oil Field experience
- Sold over $2,000,000 annually in a related business
- Demonstrated the development of strategic accounts
- Demonstrated experience selling Company core business solutions
- Thorough understanding of product positioning, competitive conditions, and value proposition
- Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
