About the role
- Provide strategic oversight for key DER relationships
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Partner Solutions team
- Cultivate deep relationships with senior executives at partner organizations
- Create alignment across Client Success, Marketing, Sales, and other teams
- Guide the team on contract negotiations and pricing terms
- Direct partner-related workstreams using project management best practices
- Oversee market research and vendor analysis
- Oversee the team's support for monthly partner invoicing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years’ experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Extensive experience building and maintaining effective, high-level relationships
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Extensive experience and familiarity with contract and pricing terms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel periodically (~25%)
