About the role

  • Provide strategic oversight for key DER relationships
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Partner Solutions team
  • Cultivate deep relationships with senior executives at partner organizations
  • Create alignment across Client Success, Marketing, Sales, and other teams
  • Guide the team on contract negotiations and pricing terms
  • Direct partner-related workstreams using project management best practices
  • Oversee market research and vendor analysis
  • Oversee the team's support for monthly partner invoicing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of professional experience
  • 3+ years’ experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Extensive experience building and maintaining effective, high-level relationships
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Extensive experience and familiarity with contract and pricing terms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel periodically (~25%)
