About the role

  • Consult clients on business goals, objectives, and needs related to ERP and systems
  • Implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications software including installation, set-up, implementation, training, and consultation
  • Work with clients to gather business requirements and translate into software solutions
  • Define specifications and data models, create test cases, analyze results, and support product development and testing
  • Assess and recommend solutions to consulting team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Train and mentor other Oracle Cloud Resources
  • Support, direct, and configure Oracle Fusion software solutions to meet client requirements
  • Create test scripts and training documentation
  • Keep project manager and project team informed on individual deliverables
  • Manage track/workstream independently, interact with clients, conduct requirements and training sessions
  • Fully configure Oracle Cloud modules in application track/workstream
  • Assist sales team to create solutions and provide estimates for implementation activities
  • Serve as SME during sales process as needed
  • Travel to client sites (20-25% travel, often overnight, may include international travel)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, required or related work experience
  • Professional certification as appropriate
  • Excellent service-driven customer-focused skills
  • Proven ability to work in both a team environment and independently
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Superior project planning and management skills
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to absorb, master and leverage emerging technologies
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Talent for creatively utilizing technology, people and processes to solve unique business problems
  • Must be able and willing to travel via air and automobile
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
