About the role
- Provide logistical and administrative collaboration to keep the Business Program Marketing Team organized and efficient, including scheduling, meeting coordination, materials preparation, support for project management, building out timelines in Asana and procedural oversight.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing material reviews, as well as review marketing materials before sending to team for approvals, and publications (e.g., newsletters, brochures, bill inserts), working with contractors and in-house teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, check grammar and verify technical details.
- Collaborate on the implementation of marketing campaigns by managing timelines, tracking content updates and logistics.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing activities such as events, customer outreach and marketing materials.
- Support the development of marketing deliverables such as customer stories, social media, newsletters and website copy updates.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, journalism, marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields, including project coordination, task management, and marketing materials.
- Experience working with third party vendors and cross-functional teams is a plus
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as MailChimp, google analytics, and customer relationship management tools (Asana, Sharepoint) is desirable but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and track multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage project logistics in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
