Marketing Coordinator

Systems Engineer

• Analyze and document current-state and future-state Finance business processes, system functionality, integrations and data flows supporting Accounting, Compliance, Auditing and Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Partner closely with Finance stakeholders to elicit, clarify and validate requirements, analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Translate Finance business requirements into functional and technical requirements that support system configuration, integration and reporting design.

Business Systems Analyst – Finance

Project Manager

• Develop and oversee project implementation activities, including monitoring contract performance of Program Management Contractors (PMCs).
• Support internal Program Managers in implementing a suite of program initiatives intended to deliver energy savings benefits across a variety of customer segments.
• Launch and operate new grant funded programs, including the Inflation Reduction Act programs HOMES and HEAR. Maintain a responsibility matrix clarifying accountability and roles of contracted resources and Energy Trust staff.
• Direct the work of internal and external staff to operate a new program, including, but not limited to, oversight of contracted resources, trade ally and community outreach, operations and project management.

Senior Project Manager – Residential

Program Manager

• Manage all aspects of the industrial sector Energy Performance Management offerings including goal setting, budgeting, program development and implementation. The Energy Performance Management offerings include strategic energy management (SEM), energy management internship and treasure hunt offerings.
• Ensure that the Energy Performance Management design, strategy, marketing and implementation activities are synchronized with the Custom offering activities.
• Review and analyze current and historic performance data to inform and adjust energy performance management delivery and offering design.
• Direct the work of internal energy trust staff and external contractors supporting Energy Performance Management implementation activities.
• Oversee strategy development for SEM and other energy management approaches, including the evolution of energy performance offerings to support small to medium customers, accelerate savings, and optimize and leverage the use of our energy management software.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders on the development and available features for our energy management software.
• Lead the Energy Performance Management elements of the program contracting process. This includes supporting the development of RFP’s, scopes of work, soliciting bids, negotiating and finalizing contracts.

Administrative Assistant

• Coordinate OMT operations: Manage scheduling, logistics, and documentation, including meeting notes, for recurring and ad hoc OMT meetings, sub-teams, and advisory team meetings. Help triage, schedule and prep guests who will be attending meetings. Ensure follow-up actions and decisions are clearly tracked and communicated.

• Coordinate with Program Managers to manage components of offers designed to engage small business customers. Track and report on annual goals and deliverables for the small business offerings, ensuring intent of offerings are met and customer service standards are applied.
• Oversee work of program implementation contractors in support of program initiatives and approved projects, exercising delegated authority.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and offers to support transparent communication, positive working relationships, and consistent customer experience.

• Design, deliver, and coordinate employee learning framework and programs in alignment with organizational goals and competencies
• In partnership with the rest of the People Strategies team, develop and implement approaches to meet learning and development needs of the organization as identified in our 2026-2030 Multiyear Plan and aspirational values, rooted in relevant metrics, innovative practices, and diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
• Revise and manage the career development lattice (CDL) and program, including re-envisioning the lattice to include clear competencies, aligning the program to performance management and compensation systems as appropriate, offering training to staff on how to use the program, and coaching managers and employees on career development strategies
