Administrative Assistant

• Schedule and organize virtual, in-person and hybrid appointments and meetings using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.
• Traffic creative submissions for internal review and approval, ensuring reviewers stay on deadline.

Administrative Assistant – Program Marketing

Operations

• Identify, support, and implement changes to systems or business processes that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations.
• Provide input on the business requirements and implementation of new software, ensuring users’ needs are met and resulting process workflows are efficient
• Provide support to program staff, other internal staff, and external staff by providing information and feedback on operational best practices in the delivery of programs, communication and outreach efforts, and cross-functional projects.
• Track ongoing adoption of changes, surfacing pain points, and if additional reinforcement is needed
• Work with staff on proposed changes to identify any significant risks that may impact the adoption by end-users

Operations Specialist

Network Engineer

• Own enterprise network infrastructure and Fortinet security platforms end to end, serving as the authoritative technical lead for network architecture, configuration standards, and operational governance.
• Change network design and security controls with managerial approval, including re architecting systems as necessary to remediate risk, improve resilience, and align with industry and regulatory standards.
• Be accountable for network availability, security posture, and risk reduction, proactively identifying systemic weaknesses and resolving complex connectivity and performance issues that materially impact the organization.
• Lead all network related remediation efforts in support of ISO compliance, translating audit and monitoring findings into concrete technical controls, configuration changes, and documented evidence.
• Serve as the senior technical interface with network and security vendors, independently evaluating vendor guidance, challenging inaccurate or incomplete recommendations, and driving issues to effective resolution.
• Define and implement monitoring, alerting, patching, and automation strategies, establishing a mature, supportable network environment with reduced reliance on manual intervention and reactive troubleshooting.
• Establish and maintain authoritative, environment specific documentation for network architecture and Fortinet implementations, replacing legacy materials with accurate, actionable standards and procedures.
• Drive knowledge transfer and operational readiness across the team, ensuring internal staff are equipped to support and sustain the network environment as maturity improves over time.

Senior Network Engineer – Contract

General Counsel

• Plan, coordinate, and administer all aspects of Board and committee meetings, special session, workshops, and activities, including meetings held outside the Portland metropolitan area such as regional board meetings.
• Prepare, track, and distribute Board and committee agendas, board packets, committee meeting packets, and any other supporting materials. This includes organizing, proofreading, and compiling materials prepared by staff and other parties, as well as preparing Board packet material for printing, Board distribution, public distribution, and for posting on the web.
• Send public notices of Board meetings and executive sessions to interested parties in accordance with by-law requirements.
• Ensure all Board and committee meetings and events are properly set up, have effective audio/video technology for public and hybrid meetings, all meeting materials are available, and all presentation files are loaded onto the appropriate computer(s) in advance of the meeting. Coordinate all aspects of Board meeting logistics, audio/video technology setup, and presentation readiness.

Board Services and Executive Assistant – General Counsel

Engineer

• Develops cost-benefit analyses of energy saving measures, and documents information sources, analysis, and findings.
• Reviews measure development work scopes, drafts measure approval documents and associated cost-benefit analyses drafted by contractors, provides feedback and suggestions for improvement, and decides when measures analyses are acceptable to be published.
• Works with the Measure Development Manager to consider program design impacts and/or changes while scoping analyses.
• Identifies which key assumptions included in measure analyses need to be verified through evaluations or other market research; coordinates and communicates with Energy Trust staff, PMCs, and regional organizations to obtain information needed to verify assumptions.
• Acquires information on changes in federal and state codes and standards, anticipates effects on baseline efficiencies, and incorporates into estimates of cost, savings and cost-effectiveness for efficiency measures. Provides this information to Planning for incorporation into Energy Trust’s Resource Assessment and to programs to inform goals.
• Participates in outside committees, working groups, projects and pilots through organizations such as the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA), Regional Technical Forum (RTF), and Consortium for Energy Efficiency (CEE), to assist in their efforts and also to help identify products, services or data sources to inform new measures and measure updates.
• As a subject matter expert, contributes to maintenance and continuous improvement of the measure development process, training and mentoring both internal staff and contractors on associated tools and templates.
• Prepares documents for the Public Utility Commission or other public and regulatory groups.
• Researches and helps define and design pilot projects and evaluations for emerging technologies and approaches.
• Maintains and enhances project and measure archives to support measure analysis and cost-effectiveness decision making.

Backend Engineer

• Analyze the needs of the organization and produce an effective database system by collecting data, analyzing the data, designing algorithms, and implementing code.
