Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics/Computer Science, Energy Management or a comparable field
- Alternatively, you can convince us with an equivalent qualification and several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position within the energy sector
- Your professional experience covers customer service, billing and accounting in the network area — in particular with the kVASy system
- You have extensive leadership experience characterized by a cooperative and appreciative leadership style
- With your facilitation and coaching skills you successfully resolve technical, methodological and professional issues constructively
- Analytical thinking, process-oriented action and a proactive approach are among your strengths
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a sense of responsibility, as well as a drive to shape things and assertiveness, also distinguish you
