About the role

  • You draft and negotiate contracts for wind energy projects in the CNE region and develop innovative legal solutions together with colleagues.
  • You accompany wind energy projects throughout the entire implementation and operational phases – from planning to repowering – taking responsibility for legal clarity and certainty.
  • In interdisciplinary teams, you work closely with technical and commercial departments and contribute your perspective as a team player.
  • You support the CNE region as well as global functions in process design and optimization, thereby contributing to the strategic development of our organization and products.
  • You participate in international corporate projects and bring a cross-departmental perspective.
  • You share your knowledge in training sessions and keep abreast of legal developments.

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed the Second State Examination in Law (2nd State Exam) – with at least satisfactory grades.
  • You have several years of professional experience as in-house counsel or as an attorney.
  • You possess expertise in contract law and naturally provide goal-oriented legal advice that takes commercial and technical requirements into account.
  • You can explain complex matters clearly and communicate in a clear, solution-oriented manner in German (C2) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
  • Nice-to-haves:
  • Ideally, you have specialized in commercial law or construction law.
  • You have experience in an international corporate environment.
  • You think critically and holistically and develop practical, solution-oriented approaches.
