About the role

  • Independently advise and support departments in implementing efficient working methods and optimized administrative processes
  • Create and implement standards within departments to ensure effective task execution
  • Conduct cross-departmental and cross-team analyses as a basis for continuous improvement
  • Coach employees and managers in lean working methods
  • Deliver training on Lean Administration and onboard new colleagues to the Lean team
  • Support the implementation of a corporate culture that strives for continuous improvement and incorporates lean principles

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Solid professional experience in Lean Management
  • Knowledge of process analysis, process optimization, or lean methods
  • Initial experience conducting workshops and coaching sessions
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and openness to new ideas and ways of working
