About the role
- Reporting to the team leader in charge of grid integration, the Electrical Grid Integration Engineer is responsible for all contractual aspects related to connection conditions, and in particular for ensuring compliance with the grid codes imposed by grid operators.
- In this role, you will support ENERCON projects across several markets, notably France, Belgium and Luxembourg, managing all grid-related requirements for wind farm connections.
- You will work closely with technical and commercial stakeholders while receiving tailored training, a supportive work environment and strong career development opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (preferably in power/electrical engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in electrical systems and/or power plant grid integration (ideally in the wind energy sector or with grid operators)
- Ability to work within an international matrix organization in collaboration with remote offices
- Analytical and synthesis skills with a pedagogical approach, and strong communication/presentation abilities
- Excellent written skills enabling you to produce clear, concise and well-structured technical documents or contracts
- Performance-driven team spirit
- Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
