About the role

  • Act as a Strategic Partner closely with Commercial leaders, understanding business priorities, and providing HR guidance on people-related topics to support business objectives, organizational effectiveness, and long-term sustainability
  • Lead and facilitate talent management and succession planning processes to build a strong pipeline for leadership and critical roles across the Commercial function.
  • Assess leadership and capability development needs within the Commercial function, and execute tailored development program through the Enercon Academy, aligned with functional and regional requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day HR advisory support as a trusted advisor to people leaders, including performance management, coaching, career development, disciplinary actions, and employee relations matters.
  • Collaborate closely with local HR teams to resolve complex employee relations cases, strengthen HR capabilities, and ensure effective execution of HR programs.
  • Lead and support the rollout of global and regional HR programs and initiatives, tailoring them to Commercial needs across APAC.
  • Analyze HR data and key metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies across all HR activities
  • Champion a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture within the Commercial organization.
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural awareness across teams and the wider organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HRBP experience or other HR role in relevant industries
  • Proven experience as an HRBP in a regional or multi-country environment
  • Strong track record of collaborating with local HR teams and senior business leaders.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR practices across multiple countries in APAC.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to utilize HR data for decision-making.
  • High cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work effectively across diverse geographies and cultures.
