About the role
- You advise customers, sales and grid operators on electrotechnical matters
- You act as subproject manager for the electrical scopes in customer projects – responsible for schedule, cost and quality
- You develop grid connection concepts and implement them together with grid operators and internal specialist departments
- You plan SCADA systems and communication interfaces, including on-site functional tests
- You are responsible for the design, tendering and implementation of electrical infrastructure according to technical standards and grid requirements, taking ENERCON’s scope of supply into account
- You analyze risks, downtimes and costs and support contractual protection with customers and suppliers
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, ideally with a focus on power/energy engineering, or a comparable qualification (e.g., technician / master craftsman)
- Preferably substantial experience in the planning and implementation of electrical power installations, ideally in the wind or energy sector
- Knowledge of project management and the coordination of technical scopes of supply
- Confident handling of technical standards and grid operator requirements
- Business-fluent German and good English language skills
- Independent, solution-oriented working style (hands-on mentality), strong communication skills, openness and empathy in personal contact with customers, partners and internal teams
