About the role
- You advise customers, sales and utility providers on electrical engineering matters
- You act as subproject manager for the electrical disciplines within customer projects — with responsibility for schedule, cost and quality
- You develop grid connection concepts and implement them in cooperation with grid operators and internal specialist departments
- You plan SCADA systems and communication interfaces, including on-site functional testing
- You are responsible for the design, tendering and implementation of electrical infrastructure in accordance with technical standards and grid requirements, taking into account ENERCON’s scope of supply
- You analyze risks, downtimes and costs and support contractual protection measures vis-à-vis customers and suppliers
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering, ideally with a focus on power engineering, or an equivalent qualification (e.g., certified technician / master craftsman)
- Preferably solid experience in the planning and implementation of electrical power systems, ideally in the wind or energy sector
- Knowledge of project management and control of technical scopes of delivery
- Confident handling of technical standards and utility requirements
- Business-fluent German skills and good English skills
- Independent, solution-oriented working style (hands-on mentality), strong communication skills, and openness and empathy in personal interaction with customers, partners and internal teams
