About the role
- Handling ongoing office organization
- Providing administrative support to functional areas and the management team
- Preparing and organizing meetings, events, workshops, including pre- and post-event tasks and managing schedules
- Participation in meetings, documenting discussions, and tracking the resulting actions/measures
- Maintaining internal databases
- Assisting in the creation of internal instructions and guidelines
- Developing decision proposals and drafting concepts for projects, as well as independently implementing smaller projects
- Creating, verifying and approving of internal processes together with respective process owner
Requirements
- Good english skills
- Work experience in the administrative field is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Communication skills, organization, coordination, team spirit, initiative
- Structured, flexible and proactive way of working
- Results-oriented, communicative and open person
- Preferably completed commercial education
