About the role

  • Handling ongoing office organization
  • Providing administrative support to functional areas and the management team
  • Preparing and organizing meetings, events, workshops, including pre- and post-event tasks and managing schedules
  • Participation in meetings, documenting discussions, and tracking the resulting actions/measures
  • Maintaining internal databases
  • Assisting in the creation of internal instructions and guidelines
  • Developing decision proposals and drafting concepts for projects, as well as independently implementing smaller projects
  • Creating, verifying and approving of internal processes together with respective process owner

Requirements

  • Good english skills
  • Work experience in the administrative field is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office

  • Structured, flexible and proactive way of working
  • Results-oriented, communicative and open person
  • Preferably completed commercial education
