About the role
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of daily transports for direct transports and last-mile deliveries
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of truck loading for direct transports and last-mile deliveries
- Planning and updating transport data in SAP & SCM (direct transports, follow-up transports)
- Logistics strategy including transport options, restrictions, and specifications
- Logistical optimization and adjustment of projects, e.g., triggered by unforeseen events or for cost optimization
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of transport permits and contact with local authorities
- Return logistics for transport frames and on-site equipment
- Continuous quality control, inspection of component condition, systematic recording and reporting of deviations
- Participation in project kick-off meetings
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in transport/logistics
- Strong technical and logistical understanding
- Practical experience in transportation, preferably in heavy haulage
- Strong team orientation and communication skills
- Resilience, flexibility, and high commitment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in all MS Office applications and good SAP user skills
- English language skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel 15–20%
