About the role
- Support Sales in tender, contract, and budget management.
- Responsible for project calculations, budget & cost monitoring, and reporting.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers all crafts during execution of projects.
- Lead the commercial aspects of the project in collaboration with project managers and team leaders.
- Manage contracts and claims with customers and subcontractors.
- Execute risk and opportunity management and project control throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Business, or a comparable field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Claim and Contract Management.
- Experience with project calculations, budget monitoring, and commercial negotiations.
- Knowledge of contract and claim management with customers and subcontractors.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with project documentation, reporting systems, and commercial software is a plus
