About the role

  • Own end-to-end performance of your division, ensuring metrics like FRT and FCR are met.
  • Coach and develop Managers to build a strong leadership unit.
  • Monitor daily queues and intervene as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Automation, and WFM teams for operational efficiency.
  • Assist in staffing and scheduling decisions.
  • Provide insights and reports to Head of Operations.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in high-growth operations.
  • At least 2 years leading large, multi-team structures (30+ people).
  • Proven track record in moving metrics like FRT, FCR, or CSAT.
  • Strong data analysis and dashboard skills.
  • Experience in Digital Marketplaces, E-commerce, or Gaming preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Kustomer, Zendesk, or Looker.
  • Written and spoken English proficiency essential.
