Sourcing candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, Otta (and others) and creating sourcing strategies to develop talent pipelines for harder-to-fill roles.
Promoting Numan by crafting compelling job descriptions that are both informative and engaging.
Utilising data to shape recruitment strategies, focusing on metrics such as the number of hires, time to hire, time to fill, and more.
Committed to promoting diversity and inclusion techniques within the hiring process to ensure a balanced candidate pipeline.
Requirements
Previous experience working in an in-house talent acquisition role.
Experience working autonomously and used to managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to managing the offer process.
A resourceful and innovative approach to hiring, including leveraging diverse sourcing methods and crafting creative outreach strategies.
An adaptable communication style, able to adjust language and tone to suit different audiences.
Worked in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable with changing priorities and demands.
A passion for helping others and building strong professional relationships.
Experience building and managing pipelines using ATS systems.
Previous experience working with Lever (ATS) (bonus).
Experience hiring within the Health Tech sector (bonus).
