About the role

  • Owning the end-to-end hiring process for a range of roles and disciplines.
  • Ensuring that Numan maintains a transparent, seamless, and positive experience for all candidates, providing constructive feedback when necessary.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to better understand their hiring needs and providing insights on market trends and developments.
  • Engaging with candidates to assess their suitability for the role they've applied for, while also educating them about Numan’s mission and culture.
  • Sourcing candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, Otta (and others) and creating sourcing strategies to develop talent pipelines for harder-to-fill roles.
  • Promoting Numan by crafting compelling job descriptions that are both informative and engaging.
  • Utilising data to shape recruitment strategies, focusing on metrics such as the number of hires, time to hire, time to fill, and more.
  • Committed to promoting diversity and inclusion techniques within the hiring process to ensure a balanced candidate pipeline.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in an in-house talent acquisition role.
  • Experience working autonomously and used to managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to managing the offer process.
  • A resourceful and innovative approach to hiring, including leveraging diverse sourcing methods and crafting creative outreach strategies.
  • An adaptable communication style, able to adjust language and tone to suit different audiences.
  • Worked in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable with changing priorities and demands.
  • A passion for helping others and building strong professional relationships.
  • Experience building and managing pipelines using ATS systems.
  • Previous experience working with Lever (ATS) (bonus).
  • Experience hiring within the Health Tech sector (bonus).
