About the role
- Work on project related activities, such as Onboarding and Offboarding and Talent Management processes.
- Assist with process mapping and process improvements (pre-hire, onboarding, employee lifecycle management).
- Support integration activities related to current and new HR processes.
- Conduct data reviews and audits of HR system data to ensure completeness of documentation.
- Identify gaps and assist HR staff with making corrections where necessary.
- Perform data analytics around recruiting and retention.
Requirements
- Enrolled in bachelor’s degree program related to Human Resources, Organizational Design, and or Business Administration.
- Experience with MS Office
- Motivated self-starter, operates independently
- Strong communication skills
