- You are the first point of contact for our users and medical professionals — by phone and in writing — always calm, empathetic, and genuinely solution-oriented.
- You don’t just resolve technical and content-related questions — you understand them.
- You track bugs and issues diligently down to the last click, never letting up.
- You enjoy communicating, manage your time well, and keep an overview even with multiple open requests.
- We guarantee our users a response within 24 hours — including weekends and public holidays.
- Modern support tools like Intercom are familiar to you — you use them efficiently and get the most out of them.
- You actively follow new technologies, especially developments around AI and AI-powered tools, and bring ideas for how we can use them effectively in support.
- You think beyond your immediate tasks: you identify where processes could be improved, proactively suggest changes, and take responsibility.
Requirements
- You communicate confidently — both written and verbal — and know how to engage with different people.
- You work independently and know when to escalate an issue or involve the team — taking responsibility comes naturally to you.
- You have an eye for detail and don’t lose the thread even in complex cases.
- You bring technical understanding — support tools like Intercom, Microsoft Office, and digital workflows are second nature to you.
- You find AI tools and new technologies exciting and integrate them pragmatically into your daily work.
- You speak fluent German and can communicate very well in English.
- Willingness to travel for occasional workations (3–4× per year) is not an issue.
- A reliable internet connection is a given — and you are not a two-finger typist.
