  • You actively follow new technologies, especially developments around AI and AI-powered tools, and bring ideas for how we can use them effectively in support.
  • You think beyond your immediate tasks: you identify where processes could be improved, proactively suggest changes, and take responsibility.

Requirements

  • You communicate confidently — both written and verbal — and know how to engage with different people.
  • You work independently and know when to escalate an issue or involve the team — taking responsibility comes naturally to you.
  • You have an eye for detail and don’t lose the thread even in complex cases.
  • You bring technical understanding — support tools like Intercom, Microsoft Office, and digital workflows are second nature to you.
  • You find AI tools and new technologies exciting and integrate them pragmatically into your daily work.
  • You speak fluent German and can communicate very well in English.
  • Willingness to travel for occasional workations (3–4× per year) is not an issue.
  • A reliable internet connection is a given — and you are not a two-finger typist.
