• Support in planning, implementing and optimizing paid campaigns, e.g. Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• You proactively engage with teams, understand their workflows and tasks, and develop concrete AI solutions: automations, smart tools and agents that take real work off their plates.
• Identify needs and develop AI solutions: You actively reach out to teams, map their workflows and requirements, and translate them into concrete AI implementations.
• Scout and evaluate the AI market: You track trends across models, tools and frameworks in all modalities—text, code, audio, image, video—and assess them for our use.
• Develop and deploy: You independently build small web apps and agents or create skills/plugins for Claude, ChatGPT & co.
