You proactively engage with teams, understand their workflows and tasks, and develop concrete AI solutions: automations, smart tools and agents that take real work off their plates.
Identify needs and develop AI solutions: You actively reach out to teams, map their workflows and requirements, and translate them into concrete AI implementations.
Scout and evaluate the AI market: You track trends across models, tools and frameworks in all modalities—text, code, audio, image, video—and assess them for our use.
Develop and deploy: You independently build small web apps and agents or create skills/plugins for Claude, ChatGPT & co.
Build AI infrastructure: You establish our internal AI infrastructure—skill and prompt repositories, MCP server, and integrations with internal tools and databases.
Enable teams: You empower our teams to work more independently with AI through short workshops, hands-on day-to-day support, and building real internal know-how.

Requirements

Practical experience with LLMs and Generative AI: Familiarity with prompt engineering, agentic workflows, MCP, RAG pipelines and tool orchestration.
Solid programming skills: Confident development in at least one language such as TypeScript, Python or PHP—you use common frameworks and can build and deploy services, APIs and internal tools.
No-code/low-code automation: Experience with platforms like n8n, Make or Lovable/Replit and the judgement to know when such tools reach a solution faster than a custom script.
Strong service orientation and initiative: You don’t wait for requests—you proactively approach teams and see yourself as an internal enabler.
Confident with APIs: REST, JSON, authentication concepts (API keys, OAuth)—you know how to securely connect external services and internal systems.
Initial experience with AI frameworks: Ideally you have early experience with frameworks such as the Vercel AI SDK, Mastra, LangChain or comparable tools.
