About the role

  • Design and further develop social media graphics (stills, slides, carousels) and create templates for all products
  • Edit and produce punchy, highly engaging short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks) that our creators have pre-recorded
  • Create motion designs and animated graphics to make our content more engaging and easier to understand
  • Visually evolve existing social media accounts and co-develop & brand new social profiles for upcoming Endo Health GmbH products
  • Translate content ideas into strong visual formats
  • Rapid, efficient content production for day-to-day social media
  • AI has become a valuable tool in your creative workflow, and you are motivated to stay closely involved with new tools that can help improve your process

Requirements

  • Some professional experience or relevant education/studies in design, graphic design, media, art direction, or a related field
  • Strong sense for social media, trends, and platform aesthetics
  • Experience with video editing and motion design (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Confident creating graphics and layouts (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC, Canva)
  • Understanding of fast production cycles and iterative working
  • Creative ideas while maintaining a structured, reliable working style
  • Interest in women's health and a willingness to embrace the mission "Closing the Women's Health Gap"
  • Initial experience with performance-oriented/content-for-performance
  • Enjoys data-informed optimization (hooks, edits, thumbnails)
