About the role

  • This role requires a high degree of schedule flexibility and responsiveness.
  • Provide flexible, as-needed support to our recruiting team.
  • Support the recruitment process by screening/interviewing candidates.
  • Answer candidate inquiries, disposition applicants/candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking for internal stakeholders.
  • Make recommendations on improving recruitment, new hire and other HR processes.
  • Assist or prepare correspondence as requested.
  • Support HR and Recruiting team with onboarding activities as needed.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
  • Available on a short/limited notice basis
  • Must be willing and able to accept and work at least 90% of the hours offered.
  • Working knowledge hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, onboarding, etc.)
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
  • Sounds judgement, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters
  • Proficient in using MS Office
  • Comfortable with flexible scheduling
  • Remote (work from home) experience
  • Must reside in TX, IN, NC, NV, TN, PA, or FL
