About the role

  • Support the operational rollout of the A2M intake and tracking process for founders exploring and expanding into new markets.
  • Support the launch and ongoing management of A2M information sessions, including scheduling and follow-up.
  • Recruit, research, and catalog mentors with Access to Market expertise, with a primary focus on New York City and San Francisco.
  • Maintain a structured database of mentors by geography, sector, and A2M expertise.
  • Support coordination with Local Offices and Global Hubs to validate mentor relevance and utilization.
  • Conduct research and synthesize findings on Access to Market dynamics in San Francisco and New York, including: Key sectors and growth trends, Founder entry barriers and opportunities, Relevant ecosystem players (investors, corporates, accelerators, service providers).
  • Support the development of content for global peer-to-peer learning sessions, including session outlines and speaker prep materials.
  • Contribute to research and topic development for a full-scale Access to Market program launching in 2027.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate student (rising junior or senior preferred).
  • Areas of Interest: Entrepreneurship, global markets, business strategy, international development, operations, or related fields.
  • Strong research and synthesis skills; able to turn complex inputs into clear, structured outputs.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; comfortable managing trackers, databases, and systems.
  • Clear written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across teams and time zones in a global organization.
  • Tools: Google Workspace, Notion, Salesforce.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. We will not be able to interview or select candidates without valid U.S. work authorization for the 2026 year.
