About the role
- Conduct market and ecosystem research to identify high-potential partnership targets, including corporations, institutions, innovation hubs, and other relevant organizations aligned with Endeavor’s mission
- Build and maintain a structured landscape analysis and pipeline database of strategic partnership leads to support future outreach and engagement efforts
- Analyze historical partnerships data across Endeavor’s 40+ offices to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and contribute to the development of a partnerships insights report
- Engage with Global and local Endeavor teams to gather qualitative insights, context, and feedback that inform the research and analysis
- Synthesize research findings into a clear written report and presentation deck that outlines insights and strategic recommendations for partnership engagement
Requirements
- Accepting applications from Undergraduate Juniors and/or Seniors
- Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, global development, partnerships, strategy, or ecosystem building
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information and develop clear insights
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage an independent project
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and working across cultures and regions
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel or Salesforce is a plus
- Exposure to or curiosity about AI and modern research or productivity tools, with interest in using technology to improve efficiency, is a plus
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
