About the role
- Develop and execute business content that translates complex business challenges into clear, actionable playbooks, capturing insights from founders and mentors across Endeavor’s network.
- Support the day-to-day management of the entrepreneur digital experience through community-style digital platforms, curating founder journeys and ensuring entrepreneurs can easily access and engage with relevant knowledge, services, and peer connections.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into coordinated initiatives, ensuring the digital experience evolves with entrepreneur needs at global scale.
- Monitor and analyze engagement and usage signals to identify improvement opportunities, test iterations, and scale what maximizes value for founders.
- Organize and analyze data from our CRM platforms to uncover trends that inform dashboards and reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of proposed projects, measure their effectiveness, and iterate as needed.
Requirements
- Student Status: MBA, MPA or graduate-level program (MA/MS).
- Areas of Focus: Business, entrepreneurship, strategy, marketing, emerging markets, content and community management, international development, or related fields.
- Tools: Notion, Salesforce, content management systems (e.g., Circle, Hivebrite), AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, NotebookLM).
- Additional Qualifications: Comprehensive understanding of business fundamentals and global trends, particularly in the context of emerging markets, with the ability to apply insights to real-world founder challenges.
- Strong desire to research, analyze, and speak with entrepreneurs to understand the needs of Endeavor’s entrepreneur network.
- Excellence in writing, editing, and research to curate business content with deep subject matter expertise.
- Strong project execution and timeline management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. We will not be able to interview or select candidates without valid U.S. work authorization for the 2026 year.
