About the role

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Endeavor financing platform in dental practices—from kickoff to go-live, adoption, and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, define milestones, assign tasks, and ensure alignment on timelines and objectives.
  • Serve as the trusted liaison to dental practices: gather business requirements, customize onboarding and workflows, train practice staff, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Identify and execute process improvements, share best practices, and accelerate time-to-value for practices.
  • Monitor go-live performance and collect feedback—delivering insights that feed into product enhancements.
  • Keep stakeholders engaged and informed with regular status reports, dashboards, and success metrics.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in an implementation, project management, or client onboarding role—preferably within healthcare, medical/dental financing, SaaS, or health tech
  • Organized, process-oriented, and adept at managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines.
  • Able to translate technical concepts into actionable steps; experience with CRM, onboarding tools, or health-tech platforms is a big plus
  • Passionate about solving real-world problems, caring for client success, and delivering exceptional onboarding experiences.
  • Collaborative nature, with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly and drive consensus.
