  • Push the platform to the next level and drive product and team improvements
  • Work as part of a small, highly collaborative engineering team
  • Take end-to-end ownership from product and architecture decisions to deployment and monitoring
  • Work across the stack, including deployment and styling
  • Tackle complex domains and scale with simple solutions
  • Collaborate with product, design and other team members to deliver customer-impacting features

Requirements

  • Have personally developed and maintained multiple systems from scratch or significantly contributed to major changes to existing systems
  • Comfortable moving across the stack
  • Open to learning Python and Typescript (prior experience appreciated but not required)
  • Experience building reliable, performant software at speed
  • Ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects and work across product, design, deployment, monitoring
  • Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with autonomy
  • Team player who contributes and helps others
