Encircle

Account Manager

• Oversee all assigned contract renewals to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Own contract processes, including renewal management, quote creation, salesforce opportunity records, forecasting outcomes and tracking progress of signature
• Identify opportunities to expand Encircle’s footprint as part of the renewal process
• Identify opportunities to sell new products to our current customers
• Leverage platform data to run campaigns to create new product pipeline or expansion revenue
• Work with the CSM team to identify at-risk accounts and put together a strategy to secure the renewal, as needed
• Establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with customers, both via phone and email
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products to deliver demonstrations of the Encircle platform to existing customers
• Partner with Revenue and GTM leadership on uncovering value, trends and opportunities
