• Support employee engagement, wellness and inclusion
• Use workforce data to identify trends and inform decisions
• Help shape a consistent and employee-focused workplace
• Advise employees and managers on workplace and employee relations matters
• Support performance management and coach managers through challenging conversations
• Conduct fair and confidential workplace investigations
• Monitor employment legislation and regulatory changes
• Analyse HR metrics, including turnover, engagement and workforce demographics
• Occasionally travel to other offices, meetings or professional development events
