About the role
- Lead the development of large, complex projects from conception to sanction by defining scope, schedule, and cost
- Proactively identifying and managing risks
- Drive teams across the enterprise to deliver cost-competitive results
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with Business Development
- Embrace continuous improvement to enhance processes and increase efficiency
Requirements
- Engineering degree
- Professional Engineering designation with APEGA
- Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in engineering design and project management for liquid and gas pipelines
- Effective communications skills related to leading and acting independently in a project team environment
- Significant experience with cost estimating, contingency, risk evaluations, scheduling, and scoping of larger projects
- Role requires a valid driver’s license and valid passport to work and travel between US and Canada.
