About the role
- Continuously plan a high‑volume portfolio of service‑level projects ensuring schedule, scope, and service commitments can be fulfilled by the construction teams.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between internal teams (sales, engineering, and delivery) and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project tracking, documentation, and reporting within EE’s project and portfolio management systems.
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource conflicts within the portfolio and escalate as appropriate.
- Support standardization and continuous improvement of portfolio and service delivery processes.
- Communicate clearly and consistently regarding project status, priorities, and changes to internal teams and leadership.
- Uphold Enabled Energy’s culture, values, and commitment to high‑character teamwork and client service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in: Engineering (any discipline), or Construction Management, or A related technical or project‑focused field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered with demonstrated organizational strength, technical aptitude, and strong communication skills
- Project management exposure in engineering, construction, energy, facilities, or technical services environments is a plus
- PMP certification preferred, or a clear path toward PMP certification
- Strong proficiency with project and portfolio management software
- Advanced comfort with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Ability to learn and adopt EE’s internal systems and workflows quickly
- Software affinity is mandatory.
