• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to close-out.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, safety plans, permits, and documentation.
• Lead meetings and ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients.
• Provide daily updates and participate in key meetings to ensure alignment.
• Support budgeting and cost estimation.
• Track expenses, manage purchase orders, and ensure accurate billing.
• Identify, onboard, and manage subcontractors.
• Define scopes of work, lead bidding processes, and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate procurement and logistics of materials and equipment.
• Champion company processes and quality standards.
• Supervise field teams, perform quality control, and implement improvements.
• Ensure subcontractors understand technical solutions and company expectations.

Construction Manager

• Manage specific projects on site under the direction of a Construction Manager
• Ensure that each project is delivered with high quality, on time, and under budget
• Actively participate in the installation of the contracted solution
• Spend a majority of time at customer sites managing construction projects and developing relationships with local customer teams
