About the role

  • Build and expand pipeline opportunities, accelerating activity and exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas within your first 12 months.
  • Orchestrate high-stakes strategic calls, client engagements, and industry events, positioning EnableComp as the clear thought leader.
  • Collaborate with marketing, client success, and product teams to craft sales strategies, compelling materials, and client endorsements.
  • Cultivate new relationships, qualify prospects, and build trust with hospital CFOs, VPs, and senior executives.
  • Partner with Client Success and Implementation to ensure flawless onboarding and delivery for every new client.
  • Represent EnableComp at conferences and trade shows, showcasing innovation and thought leadership.
  • Engage in quarterly business reviews to drive expansion opportunities and long-term growth.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven direct sales success in healthcare, engaging with hospital CFOs and VPs of Revenue Cycle.
  • Deep understanding of reimbursement, denials, and complex claim categories (Workers’ Comp, VA, Medicaid, etc.).
  • Comfort using virtual platforms and Salesforce CRM to drive precision and accountability in the sales process.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire C-level leaders.
  • A self-starter with high energy, a disciplined approach to sales, and a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Ability to travel as needed to win and grow key accounts.
