• Develop and improve the AI agentic frameworks that allow AI agents to work together to achieve complex tasks.
• Develop novel data collection, fine-tuning, and AI technologies that achieve optimal performance on specific tasks and domains.
• Design and implement ML pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation, enabling rapid experimentation and iteration.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, ML engineers, and product teams, to deliver impactful AI solutions
• Build scalable, reusable backend systems to support AI products across the company. Develop robust logging, telemetry, and evaluation harnesses to ensure reliable model performance.

Frontend Engineer

• Take ownership of user interfaces for internal Agentic applications including Teams bots, web apps, and embeddable widgets providing Gen AI functionalities
• Develop, deploy, and maintain user interfaces using React (Native) and Typescript
• Implement designs for web apps and embeddable widgets ensuring responsive and modern UI
• Create embeddable widgets for internal web applications
• Support Teams bot with adaptive card design
• Assist with implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines for automated cloud deployments
• Collaborate with backend and agent build teams
• Document and transfer knowledge to enable team autonomy

• Take ownership of the Azure Function Teams Bot API, ensuring its development, stability, scalability, and maintainability.
