Field Engineer

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment at customer facilities
• Conduct equipment inspections, calibrations, and preventative maintenance
• Provide technical training to customers on proper equipment usage
• Assist customers via phone, email, and remote computer access
• Document and communicate solutions to recurring problems
• Support the assembly and testing of machines before shipment
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and service history
• Complete service reports and ensure proper documentation
