About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Install, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment at customer facilities
Conduct equipment inspections, calibrations, and preventative maintenance
Provide technical training to customers on proper equipment usage
Assist customers via phone, email, and remote computer access
Document and communicate solutions to recurring problems
Support the assembly and testing of machines before shipment
Collaborate with the engineering and production teams
Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and service history
Complete service reports and ensure proper documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in equipment installation, maintenance, or a related technical field
Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80% of the time) domestically often on short notice
