Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience leading IT staff.
7+ years of proven experience as a Senior System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar IT role.
Demonstrated experience managing Office 365, Microsoft Azure, and AWS environments.
Proven track record in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and cloud administration.
Strong knowledge of databases, networks (LAN/WAN), and patch management.
In-depth understanding of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
