About the role

  • Respond to inbound leads and conduct initial client consultations via phone, email, or video.
  • Qualify client needs, timelines, and service requirements using structured intake procedures.
  • Clearly explain available services and pricing parameters to clients.
  • Identify projects that can be quoted remotely versus those requiring an on-site assessment.
  • Prepare preliminary estimates and proposals for projects that can be quoted without a site visit.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager, Construction Department Supervisor, and Maintenance Department Supervisor for projects requiring in-person inspections.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication across teams to prevent misquoting or service delays.
  • Track leads, consultations, estimates, approvals, and closed contracts in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in construction, handyman, or maintenance sales support, inside sales, customer service, or project coordination.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours or overlapping shifts.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, and document tools.
  • Familiarity with basic construction or service terminology (no field experience required).
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies.
  • Experience supporting construction, home services, property management, or maintenance businesses.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
