About the role
- Work across the entire sales funnel: SDR activities, lead qualification, negotiation, closing (Closer) and follow-up
- Receive and handle inbound leads and perform active prospecting via phone calls, WhatsApp and digital channels
- Build relationships with leads through marketing and digital engagement strategies
- Conduct sales meetings focused on diagnosis and solution design
- Apply SPIN Selling techniques, build rapport and use persuasion
- Manage pipeline, follow-ups and performance metrics using CRM
- Ensure end-to-end conversion of the sales process, from first contact to closing
- Support initial post-sale activities, ensuring alignment and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to continuous improvements in commercial processes and strategies
Requirements
- Preferred age range: 30–45 years
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Management Processes or related fields
- Proven experience in SDR, active prospecting, digital relationship management and sales closing
- Practical experience with full-funnel conversion
- Experience making outbound calls and conducting consultative negotiations
- Knowledge and application of SPIN Selling, rapport-building, closing techniques (Closer) and follow-up
- Proficiency with CRM systems and commercial KPIs
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good spelling and grammar; no use of slang
- Behavioral profile with Dominance and Influence (DISC)
- Self-disciplined, organized and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with a practical, direct and results-oriented leadership style
