About the role

  • Work across the entire sales funnel: SDR activities, lead qualification, negotiation, closing (Closer) and follow-up
  • Receive and handle inbound leads and perform active prospecting via phone calls, WhatsApp and digital channels
  • Build relationships with leads through marketing and digital engagement strategies
  • Conduct sales meetings focused on diagnosis and solution design
  • Apply SPIN Selling techniques, build rapport and use persuasion
  • Manage pipeline, follow-ups and performance metrics using CRM
  • Ensure end-to-end conversion of the sales process, from first contact to closing
  • Support initial post-sale activities, ensuring alignment and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in commercial processes and strategies

Requirements

  • Preferred age range: 30–45 years
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Management Processes or related fields
  • Proven experience in SDR, active prospecting, digital relationship management and sales closing
  • Practical experience with full-funnel conversion
  • Experience making outbound calls and conducting consultative negotiations
  • Knowledge and application of SPIN Selling, rapport-building, closing techniques (Closer) and follow-up
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and commercial KPIs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Good spelling and grammar; no use of slang
  • Behavioral profile with Dominance and Influence (DISC)
  • Self-disciplined, organized and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable with a practical, direct and results-oriented leadership style
