About the role
- Onboard new clients: guide them through the program setup, explain how it works, and ensure a smooth start.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to clients, helping them apply what they learn and overcome obstacles to reach their goals.
- Monitor client progress; proactively follow up, gather feedback, and offer the support that is needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients — act as their main point of contact and strategic partner.
- Apply marketing campaigns templates to attract new clients.
- Identify opportunities for clients to benefit from additional products or services (upsells, program extensions) — but always from the perspective of customer value and long-term benefit.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills — able to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide guidance.
- Comfortable working independently, prioritizing multiple clients or projects, and managing your time well.
- Skilled at using digital tools (CRM, communication platforms, online training/delivery tools) for remote work and client support.
- Passionate about personal development for yourself and committed to helping clients grow, transform, and succeed in their goals.
