• Provide ongoing support and coaching to clients, helping them apply what they learn and overcome obstacles to reach their goals.
• Monitor client progress; proactively follow up, gather feedback, and offer the support that is needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients — act as their main point of contact and strategic partner.
• Apply marketing campaigns templates to attract new clients.
• Identify opportunities for clients to benefit from additional products or services (upsells, program extensions) — but always from the perspective of customer value and long-term benefit.
