About the role
- Development of a differentiated go-to-market story and marketing strategies for our wealth products/services and how they fit into our wealth management continuum
- Define and activate Empower’s go-to-market strategy and consumer positioning in collaboration with marketing, advisory, product, and leadership teams — translating insights into compelling creative, content, and campaigns.

- Leverage AI tools and insights to optimize marketing content, customer targeting, and performance measurement.

- Work closely with client-facing teams (sales and advisors) to understand customer needs, tools, and conversion drivers, translating them into marketing communications that empower them to meet and exceed goals.
