About the role
- Serve as the EAG contact for strategic initiatives, subject matter expertise and relationship related support of the participant advisory services program for segment channels.
- Understand pipeline and sales strategy; develop client strategy, determine client opportunities and support needs
- Train associates on the participant advisory services program
- Deliver reporting to clients in segment business lines and Institutional Partners that use the EAG Services; covering topics including product performance and impacts to participants and SLA reporting
- Create, present and execute on campaign strategy to support product rollout, annual support or product updates
- Serve as subject matter expert to largest segment business lines that use the EAG Suite of Advisory Services; negotiating contracts, assisting them in the implementation and rollout of the suite of services, and reporting on SLAs
- Coordinate the resolution and response to questions/issues/exception requests regarding Advisory Services
- Work with the EAG Business Development staff - support training, sales and demonstration presentations to prospects, existing clients, partners, sales, service, advisors, internal EAG staff
- Serve as project team member to develop, implement and roll out enhancements to the EAG suite of participant advisory services in conjunction with EAG Product Development staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or similar field; without a degree, an additional four years of directly related 10 years’ industry experience
- Advisory services operational experience is required
- Build collaborative and cooperative relationships; effectively manages conflict
- Operate with integrity and communicate respectfully in language, writing, and actions
- Series 65 registrations required within established timelines
- FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire
