About the role
- Drive and influence large, complex programs made up of interrelated projects and activities to achieve company goals and strategic vision
- Partner with executive sponsors and business leads to define program scope, key performance indicators, timelines, and budgets
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology, product, and strategic initiatives across the organization
- Manage program plans and integrated roadmaps, including sequencing, dependencies, and interdependencies across projects
- Secure resources across business and technology teams through negotiation and alignment
- Provide accurate, timely reporting on roadmap progress, status, and accomplishments for senior stakeholders
- Proactively manage risks and issues, remove roadblocks, and serve as the first point of escalation for project managers
- Partner with business and change management leads to drive a change adoption strategy and support project managers day to day (priorities, decisions, and resourcing support)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- PMP certification (PMI Institute)
- 10 to 12 years of program and project management experience with a track record of strong program delivery
- Proven experience in change management and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong influencing skills to drive program execution and outcomes
- Experience developing and delivering reports and presentations to senior management, including objectives, benefits, status, issues, decisions, and recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a resourceful approach to research and problem solving
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including the ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision and balance conflicting priorities
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, MS Project (or similar project management software), and Visio.
