Facilitate client onboarding calls and third party calls to outside institutions, assisting high net worth clients with all needed documents to successfully onboard their financial accounts
Handle account opening, transfers in and cash management functions, including Retirement plan rollovers, Annuity Surrenders, ACATs, wires, ACH transfers, etc
Perform daily reviews of outstanding work to ensure timely processing of tasks within stated SLA and positive customer experience
Active and urgent escalation of all issues to both direct manager and the onboarding organization
Actively participate in team culture, fostering a collaborative and positive environment and taking on projects, assisting with training as needed and sharing Empower Personal Wealth culture
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 2 years’ of experience in financial services operations or customer service
Comprehensive understanding of investment products and client service functions, including ACATs, IRA distributions, and account maintenance
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Proficiency with Salesforce and other digital tools in a remote, paperless environment
Current knowledge of investment products and services
Proven abilities to maintain appropriate policies & procedures for regulatory-driven requirements
Comfortable executing a remote-delivery service model -- paperless, branchless, cloud-based infrastructure – and delivering a quality client experience that is better than face-to-face
Exceptional verbal, written and listening communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and collaborative
